Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of wired, wireless, and cloud-connected network systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in network architecture, troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization., * Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall environments

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot network outages and performance issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Collaborate with IT teams to support cloud, server, and security initiatives
• Implement network security measures, including segmentation, access controls, and patching
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network administration
• Experience with routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and STP
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network access control, and security best practices
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar network technologies
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, * Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent
• Experience with SD-WAN, VoIP, and network monitoring tools
• Exposure to automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools
