• 5-7+ years of HCM experience with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor within Oracle Fusion Cloud
• 5+ years as an HCM Functional Lead supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
• 10+ years of overall ERP implementation and/or administration experience
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, including custom fields and Fast Formulas
• Experience leading full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through deployment and testing
