As Head of DevOps & QA, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how software is built, tested, deployed, and operated across a large-scale international environment. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving automation, quality, platform engineering, and engineering excellence.

Joining at the start of the Barcelona journey, you’ll play a key role in building teams, establishing best practices, and creating a culture focused on innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the DevOps and QA strategy across multiple engineering teams.
• Drive CI/CD, test automation, platform engineering, and cloud adoption.
• Improve software quality, reliability, security, and delivery performance.
