Job description

As a Dynamics 365 Developer within the team, you will design, develop, support, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, working across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the wider Microsoft Power Platform., * Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse solutions

Build integrations using Dataverse/Dynamics 365 Web APIs, Azure services, and third-party APIs
Develop custom functionality: C# Plugins, Custom APIs, PCF Controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Configure Dynamics 365 security models and access controls
Write and maintain automated unit tests
Deploy and manage changes via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Contribute to solution design and code reviews

Requirements

3+ years’ hands-on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience
Strong experience with C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Workflow Activities
Experience building integrations using REST APIs and OAuth
Experience with PCF Controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience with automated unit testing (MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, or similar) and TDD
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment management
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security architecture
Experience working within Agile delivery teams
Strong analytical and communication skills
