The ideal candidate combines deep technical craftsmanship with high engineering standards, an eye for detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. A strong understanding of the financial services industry is essential. The candidate should be able to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions, uphold best-practice engineering and DevOps disciplines, and champion innovation.
