Our client is looking to add a Software Safety Assurance Engineer to their expanding team. Working with clients to develop and deliver safety-critical systems, we are looking for Engineers who have worked as Software Safety or Software Assurance and looking to continue their career progression. Ideally you will have worked in highly regulated industries such as Rail, Nuclear, Automotive or Defence., * Experienced Safety Engineering Professional.
- System and software safety standards such as RTCA-DO-178 A/B/C, BS EN 61508, BS EN 26262.
- Def Stan 00-55, BS EN 50128
- Worked on high SIL/DAL projects producing documentation demonstrating compliance to these standards.
- Experience drafting and reviewing safety deliverables and engaging with clients.
- Wider safety engineering activities such as hazard identification and analysis techniques, SIL determination.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates will need to be a UK national capable of gaining SC clearance. Please familiarise yourself with the UK Security Vetting process before applying.
