ERP Analyst in Curtis Bay

· Perform non-routine tasks to resolve customer issues · Review, analyze, and cleanse data · Collaborate with internal and external customers · Provide on-site support to service centers as needed · Handle exception reporting for non-compliant purchase orders · Resolve issues from third-party order processors · Create orders for quoted jobs or installations in SAP · Submit invoices through vendor portals · Assist with standard customer master data workflows · Maintain a safe work environment and support a high-impact, innovative culture · Work independently or with supervision as needed · Execute tasks within Xylem’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy
