OneStream Architect Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II Manager

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance., As a Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the OneStream Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the technical design and development of OneStream applications, including extensibility, business rules, dashboards, workflows, and integrations
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned to client objectives and platform capabilities
• Design and support complex integrations between OneStream and upstream or downstream systems using approved integration methods and tools
• Mentor developers, review technical deliverables, and provide direction on development standards, architecture, and issue resolution
• Resolve escalated technical issues across the application lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support

• Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others, Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• OneStream Architect Certification required
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying OneStream applications
• 5+ years of experience developing OneStream business rules, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations
• 3+ years of experience leading technical design activities and mentoring developers on enterprise application delivery teams
• 3+ years of experience integrating OneStream with enterprise resource planning, data warehouse, or source systems
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Experience with Structured Query Language, application programming interfaces, and cloud-based integration patterns
• Experience supporting finance transformation, consolidation, planning, or close and reporting processes
• Experience leading technical workstreams in a client-service delivery environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
