As a pre-seed stage startup, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our AI, engineering, and product innovation efforts, bringing groundbreaking AI-driven creativity to the world of architecture and design.

Role Description

As CTO of Dwellci AI, you will be a founding team member responsible for shaping our technical strategy, product development, and AI innovation. You will lead the engineering team, oversee AI model development, and ensure the scalability and efficiency of our technology. This is an opportunity to define the future of AI in architectural design and build a world-class tech organization from the ground up.

  • Architect and lead the development of Dwellci AI’s core AI-powered 3D modeling platform.
  • Oversee the research, design, and optimization of AI-driven generative design models.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Set the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Passion for Creativity & Design - Understanding of architectural workflows, 3D modeling, and design tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit) is a major advantage.
  • Agility & Speed - Startup mentality: You move fast, break things, and optimize for innovation. You are comfortable iterating in an uncertain, high-growth environment.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations (Bonus) - Experience working with VCs, pitching technical vision, and securing funding is a plus.
