Functional Program Manager

• Lead endtoend delivery of largescale business and technology programs across multiple functional teams
• Define program scope objectives success metrics timelines and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Partner with business leaders product teams engineering teams and executive stakeholders to drive program execution
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans roadmaps and milestones
• Establish and manage program governance reporting risk management issue resolution and change control processes
• Monitor program progress dependencies budget schedule and resource utilization
• Drive crossfunctional collaboration and alignment across geographically distributed teams
• Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and proactively manage escalations
• Prepare executivelevel communications status reports dashboards and business reviews
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions stakeholder workshops and decisionmaking forums
• Ensure delivery quality business readiness user adoption and successful program outcomes
• Support organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Mentor project managers and coordinate multiple project teams within the program structure

We are seeking an experienced Functional Program Manager to lead complex crossfunctional business and technology initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes The ideal candidate will have 810 years of experience in program management business transformation stakeholder engagement and delivery governance This role requires a strong blend of business acumen execution excellence and leadership skills to manage multiple workstreams align stakeholders mitigate risks and deliver measurable business value Program managers are expected to coordinate multiple related projects drive governance manage stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational objectives, * 8 to 10 years of experience in Program Management Project Management or Business Transformation

• Proven experience leading largescale crossfunctional programs in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in program planning governance stakeholder management risk management and change management
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects dependencies and strategic initiatives
• Strong business analysis and requirements management capabilities
• Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Microsoft Project Azure DevOps Jira Smartsheet or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing program budgets forecasts resource planning and financial tracking
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent communication negotiation facilitation and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven mindset
• Experience working with globally distributed and matrixed teams
• Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Engineering Computer Science or related field
