Oracle ERP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead an enterprise migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud migrations and coordinating business, IT, functional, technical, and external System Integrator (SI) teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
• Own project budget, scope, timeline, resources, risks, and delivery.
• Develop and track milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and go-live schedules.
• Manage scope changes through formal change-control processes.
• Coordinate functional leads, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external SIs.
• Identify risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Use Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar PPM tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Drive testing, cutover, go-live, and cross-functional project delivery.

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong Oracle ERP / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Proven experience leading EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migrations.
• Full project lifecycle and enterprise implementation experience.
• Strong budget, resource, risk, scope, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with System Integrators and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, or PPM tools.
• PMP certification is a plus..
