Job description

Our client seeks a Python Developer to support a voice biometrics platform. The contractor will enhance Python-based ETL pipelines, automate historical voice-data ingestion, and maintain platform reliability on AWS with PySpark and SQL. The team works with real-time voice data and data science models and prioritizes stability, infrastructure upgrades, and operational efficiency., * Enhance and automate existing voice-data ingestion processes.

  • Build and support infrastructure around existing ETL and data pipelines.
  • Maintain platform reliability and support infrastructure upgrades.
  • Develop and support Python-based ETL and backend services on AWS.
  • Collaborate with a small engineering team to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance., * Strong Python development experience.

  • Hands-on AWS experience.
  • PySpark and Spark experience.
  • Experience supporting ETL and data pipelines.
  • Strong SQL and data experience.
  • Nice to have: AsyncIO, prior experience with our client, data engineering background, and API or microservices development.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
