Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The candidate will develop scalable solutions, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop workflows, validation rules, Flows, and process automation.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployments.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and stakeholders.
Ensure Salesforce data security and integrity.
Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, and bug fixes. Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong Apex programming experience
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Knowledge of Visualforce
Salesforce Lightning Platform experience
Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
SOQL and SOSL
REST and SOAP API integrations
Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
Git or other version control systems
Salesforce security model: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets
Salesforce deployment tools, Change Sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD

Salesforce Development - 9+ years
Apex Programming - 9+ years
Lightning Web Components (LWC) - 9+ years
Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud - 9+ years
SOQL & SOSL - 6+ years Mandatory Requirements
Domain Experience: BFSI Banking, Financial Services AND ️ Insurance
Required Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
Preferred Certification: Salesforce Administrator, * Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration tools
Knowledge of Agile development methodology
10-12 years of Salesforce development experience, depending on project requirements
