Systems Administrator/AWS Cloud Engineer/Linux Engineer

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company’s mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with: * Must have hands-on experience with AWS and Linux in a production environment. * Patching and maintaining system’s databases, to include RDS, MySQL, and Oracle * Proven experience troubleshooting and solving technical problems * Knowledge of Federated Identity, RBAC, authentication & authorization solution, etc. * Understanding of secure-cloud configuration, (e.g., CloudTrail, AWS Config), cloud-security technologies (e.g., VPC, Security Groups) and Access Control (IAM). * Configuration management (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.) * Security, such as NGFW, WAF, SIEM, endpoint security. * Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment * Demonstrated on-the-job experience working and solving technical problems independently as a system administrator. * Using a scripting language. * Ability to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise workflow applications, to include: installing, starting, and stopping background Processes, analyzing log and event files, and patching and troubleshooting. * Ability creating and managing a virtual infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, Hyper-V, or VMWare. * Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field or equivalency in related work experience.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include: * Experience with an enterprise application development language, such as Python, Java, or C#, to include writing simple applications or modifying existing ones.
