vendors, and local lab teams to meet delivery milestonesRequired (Must Have) Skills & Experience Strong hands on experience with Windows OS deployment, reimaging, and upgrades Advanced Windows PowerShell scripting for system automation Demonstrated experience supporting Waters Empower CDS and LACE environments Solid understanding of chromatography instrument connectivity via LACE Strong networking fundamentals like IP Addressing, DNS, Network Bridging Ability to independently troubleshoot OS, network, Empower, and instrument issues Knowledge on ALM and Service NowPreferred (Good to Have) Skills Prior experience supporting Eli Lilly or similar global pharma environments Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and validation aware system builds Experience managing or supporting large LACE fleets (100+ systems) Exposure to instruments from Agilent, Thermo, Waters, or similar vendors Knowledge of Empower upgrades, system recreation, or multi site deployments
