Test Automation Specialist

You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product teams to help ensure applications are tested thoroughly and perform as expected., * Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using BDD frameworks and Gherkin syntax

• Translate business and functional requirements into clear, testable Given / When / Then scenarios
• Support functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing efforts across applications and platforms
• Partner with developers, analysts, and other team members to identify defects, validate fixes, and improve software quality
• Contribute to test planning, test case development, and test documentation as part of the overall quality assurance process
• Help improve automation coverage, testing efficiency, and repeatability across releases
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Support the software development lifecycle through testing, documentation, defect tracking, and continuous improvement

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Automation Testing Engineer who is excited to help build high-quality, reliable digital products through modern test automation practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow their skills in automation, quality engineering, and agile delivery., * BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business IT/MIS, or a related field

• Exposure to or hands-on experience with test automation, whether through coursework, internships, projects, or professional work
• Familiarity with BDD concepts and Gherkin scripting language
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test cases, defect tracking, regression testing, and validation
• Familiarity with agile development environments and the software development lifecycle
• Basic experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for building reliable, high-quality solutions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
