MDW Associates is seeking an experienced Appian Lead Platform Developer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in leading the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise business applications built on the Appian Low-Code Platform. The Lead Platform Developer serves as the technical lead for Appian solutions, providing architecture guidance, development oversight, mentoring, and hands-on implementation support across the full software development lifecycle.The ideal candidate possesses deep Appian expertise, strong systems integration experience, and a proven ability to lead Agile development teams delivering mission-critical business applications. This position is fully remote with occasional travel required to support customer meetings, program reviews, or project activities (if applicable).
