Insurance Variance Data Administrator

Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause. Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift. Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets. Email billing team if employee deduction is affected. Additional tasks as assigned.Performance Expectations Establishes and maintains good communication and positive working relationships with all staff. Displays poise, tact and diplomacy when working with clients to resolve their concerns.

High level of people skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information. Problem solving skills to determine root cause. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Desired Qualifications Bswift or similar benefits admin software experience. Insurance experience including knowledge of carrier policies, procedures and billing rules. Strong people skills; ability to work easily with diverse people and groups.About Salus Group
