IT ERP Sr. Product Lead

This role will serve as the lead for SAP Finance solutions, partnering with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP FICO capabilities across a global manufacturing organization. The individual will drive SAP Finance strategy, configuration, integrations, process improvements, and user adoption while ensuring alignment between business requirements and the company’s SAP global template., * Lead SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) solution design, configuration, and support.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP solutions.
• Support and optimize finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Material Ledger, COPA, and Revenue Recognition.
• Drive business process improvements, master data redesign, and SAP best practice adoption.
• Lead testing efforts, system enhancements, upgrades, and RICEF design/testing activities.
• Collaborate across SAP modules including PP, PS, SD, MM, and WM to support end-to-end business processes.
• Develop training materials, support end users, and foster a strong SAP user community.
• Create and maintain process documentation, solution designs, and testing documentation.

• 7-10+ years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience
• Extensive SAP FICO expertise including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and COPA
• Strong SAP configuration and functional design experience

3+ full lifecycle SAP implementation projects

• Experience integrating SAP Finance with PP, PS, SD, MM, and WM modules - Strong business process, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills

Manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred
