Job description

As a Full Stack Engineer at Hyperbolic Labs, you’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to design, build, and scale end-to-end applications that power our AI cloud platform. You’ll contribute across the stack - from infrastructure and backend systems to intuitive frontend interfaces - helping us deliver a seamless experience for our GPU marketplace, inference tools, and platform services.

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in shaping both our product and the technology behind it. You’ll architect scalable systems, implement new features, and continuously improve our development practices to support rapid growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with talented engineers to build the backbone of Hyperbolic’s core products.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in high-growth product environments.
  • Expert in TypeScript, with Python fluency for backend systems
  • Experience with Drizzle ORM, Postgres, and Vercel and Github-based CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong product sense - you care about user experience as much as technical elegance.
  • Effective communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping production-ready features end-to-end.
  • Skilled in structuring, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate experiments to inform data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience designing and building large-scale applications, from data modeling and API design to front-end architecture., * Strong Python expertise and familiarity with scripting for automation or integration.
  • Experience working on AI developer tools or at-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience with Supabase, Figma, or design collaboration workflows.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and feature flag systems (PostHog).
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI integration patterns.
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience within engineering teams.
  • Passion for building tools that empower developers and accelerate innovation.

About the company

Hyperbolic Labs is on a mission to democratize AI by breaking down the barriers to computing power with our Open-Access AI Cloud. By aggregating computing resources across the globe, we offer an innovative GPU marketplace and AI inference service that promise affordability and accessibility for all. As pioneers at the intersection of AI and open-source technology, we believe in an open future where AI innovation is limited only by imagination, not by access to resources. We’re looking for forward-thinking individuals who share our passion for making AI universally accessible, secure, and affordable. Join us in building a platform that empowers innovators everywhere to turn their visionary AI projects into reality.

As we prepare for growth after our Series A, our team - led by co-founders with PhDs in AI, Math, and Computer Science - is poised to redefine computing.
