Job description

Northwest Partners is supporting a major initiative with a top-tier organization in the insurance space and is looking for an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Developer to contribute to the success of this work. This role will design, implement, configure, and support enterprise identity governance solutions, integrations, lifecycle processes, workflows, and production operations. What YOU will do Design, configure, administer, and optimize SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Business Edition. Implement and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver identity lifecycle processes. Configure identity profiles, access profiles, roles, entitlements, identity attributes, lifecycle states, transforms, and provisioning policies. Configure identity correlation, account aggregation, provisioning, and reconciliation. Troubleshoot identity synchronization, provisioning failures, connector issues, aggregation failures, and workflow errors. Integrate enterprise applications using supported connectors and REST API, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, and flat-file integration methods. Configure authoritative and non-authoritative identity sources and onboard cloud, SaaS, and on-premises applications. Develop custom identity integration solutions when standard connectors do not meet requirements. Configure and maintain user access review campaigns, access request workflows, and approval processes. Support role-based access control, segregation of duties, access governance, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements. Design and implement SailPoint Workflows, Forms, and event-driven automations to streamline identity lifecycle and governance processes. Provide Level 3 production support, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor platform health and integration performance. Participate in architecture and technical design sessions and apply cloud identity governance best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Partner with identity, infrastructure, directory services, security, audit, application development, and project teams throughout implementation and support. Maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, transforms, APIs, implementation procedures, support processes, and runbooks. Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, production deployments, maintenance activities, and technical knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance on enterprise identity and access management initiatives and mentor less experienced engineers. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 5 years of identity and access management engineering experience. At least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud experience. Experience implementing enterprise identity governance solutions and supporting production identity and access management environments. Experience integrating cloud, SaaS, and on-premises applications. Experience troubleshooting complex identity lifecycle, synchronization, provisioning, connector, and integration issues. Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, identity governance, REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, and enterprise integration technologies. Experience with directory and identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience designing API-based identity integrations. Experience with role-based access control, access reviews, segregation of duties, and compliance controls. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer certification is preferred. Experience with enterprise-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud deployments is preferred. Experience supporting regulated environments subject to SOX, NYDFS, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or similar compliance frameworks is preferred. Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical implementation guidance is preferred.
