- Implement new feature optimize existing ones into sound, creative software with Ruby, Javascript, HTML and CSS
- Creatively solve problems
- Work collaboratively with others
- Produce solid, thoroughly tested features (including automated tests)

Requirements
- 1 - 3+ years experience developing web applications (ideally using Ruby on Rails)
- Experience with the BDD & TDD process and frameworks
- Basic SQL (experience with MySQL, Postgres or equivalent)
- You want to be part of a growing and entrepreneurial company with proven users and business model
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Interest in Object-oriented programming
- Worked within a team to help build great software products
- You want to learn more, build your experience, and contribute within a fast-paced agile environment
- Hold a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
