Job description

The Senior Oracle Solutions Analyst in the Logistics and Distribution area is responsible for deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 onpremise and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion in support of complex, global logistics and distribution initiatives. This role will serve as a functional and technical bridge between business operations, IT, and thirdparty vendors, with a strong focus on warehouse management, systems integrations, automation, large project engagement, and contributing to ERP roadmap.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Applications and is part of the Information Technologies team located in Hebron and will be an on-site role. Additionally, the role can also be based out of our Indianapolis, IN or Chaska, MN locations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12 in logistics and distributionfocused modules, including inventory, Shipping / Receiving, Transportation, and Trade Compliance. Along with providing crossfunctional knowledge of end-to-end flow across Oracle EBS modules such as Manufacturing, Order Management and Planning.
  • Support coexistence and integration strategies involving Oracle Fusion and other cloud platforms. Aiding in big picture design for long term ERP plans.
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear functional and integration requirements, while providing technical awareness and guidance during design, testing, and deployment phases making sure to lead User Journey activities and requirements documentation using structured methodologies converting business requirements into: Functional requirement documents, Integration specifications, test scenarios and acceptance criteria considering UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and postgolive stabilization.
  • Ensure systems and integrations meet regulatory and compliance requirements to meet SDLC and VLMS processes (medical, pharmaceutical, or similar industries experience preferred).
  • Lead and support largescale global and regional initiatives, including new warehouse standups, WMS/WCS implementations, integration and activation of automation equipment and process standardization across regions

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field with at least 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
  • Extensive handson experience with Oracle EBS R12 (onpremise) and functional expertise in logistics and distribution, including inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent requirementsgathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across business, technical, and vendor teams.
  • Experience supporting large, complex, multiregion projects.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience implementing or supporting warehouse automation (conveyors, robotics, picking/packing/shipping systems).
  • Background in medical, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
  • SCRUM or Agile workflow experience

The annual salary range for this role is $160,000-180,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.#L1-WT1
