Job description
Administer and improve enterprise collaboration platforms, conference-room technology, access standards, integrations, and user experience., · Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related collaboration services.
· Design groups, access policies, retention settings, and application standards.
· Configure and support conference-room audiovisual systems.
· Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and license assignment.
· Integrate collaboration platforms with Okta, HRIS, ITSM, and security tools.
· Troubleshoot platform, access, messaging, meeting, and room-system issues.
· Create configuration standards, support procedures, and user documentation.
Requirements
· Hands-on administration of Google Workspace and at least one of Slack or Zoom.
· Experience with user lifecycle, groups, permissions, and enterprise application settings.
· Experience supporting meeting rooms or audiovisual collaboration systems.
· Ability to automate workflows using APIs, scripting, or native tools.
· Strong customer communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Okta or other identity-platform integration.
· Google Workspace security and compliance controls.
· Slack Enterprise Grid or Zoom Rooms.
· Terraform, Git, or configuration-as-code.
· High-growth, multi-office technology-company experience.
