Business Analyst (SAP Finance Consultant)

Seeking a Senior SAP Finance Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, implementation, and support
• Configure GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost/Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and functional specifications
• Lead requirements, design, testing, UAT, cutover, training, and hypercare
• Support integrations with MM, SD, WM/EWM, BW/SAC, Concur, banking platforms, and tax engines
• Provide L2/L3 support, root-cause analysis, and month/year-end close support
• Partner with ABAP, Basis, Security, and Integration teams

Must have SAP Finance Configruation Experience–at least 10 years Must have LEAD Experience–at least 5 years Must have good communication and soft skills–collabrative, able to take intitative, * 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience

• 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience
• New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Asset Accounting, CO-PA, and Fiori
• Global template design/deployment experience
• Strong accounting and financial process knowledge

Preferred

• Treasury, Cash Management, and FSCM
• Retail industry experience
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification
• SAP Solution Manager, integrations, data migration/reconciliation
• Agile and Waterfall experience
