We are looking for a passionate engineer with a solid background in Gas Turbine combustion to join the LGT Combustion Module (MOD CB) team as an aero designer for all combustion system developments including hydrogen and special fuels developments. As a part of the multinational and multidisciplinary team, you would interface with team members globally for various interdisciplinary topics like mechanical design, thermos-acoustics. You would conceptualize aero design of combustion systems and also help in validation of the same. The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do:
- Lead and execute the development of combustion aero concepts from preliminary and detailed designs.
- Execute analyses to down-select new design solutions, to understand the impact of different design solutions on the fuel air mixing, emissions, performance, and dynamics.
- Contribute to develop as well as execute the combustion aero technology roadmap in support to the advanced combustion systems, including the adoption of alternative fuels (i.e., H2)
- Communicate results, findings, and observations in a clear and concise manner to peers, IPT Leads and combustion management.
