Job description
Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our intel team. Provide Java development support to enterprise Electronic Records Management Service. Design, develop and maintain Java-based preprocessing components that transform and prepare records and metadata from multiple source systems for ingestion into the organization’s system
The ideal candidate is a versatile software developer with experience building and supporting enterprise applications. You should be comfortable working with Java, JavaScript, Oracle databases, and SQL, and have the aptitude and willingness to learn additional programming languages, frameworks, and technologies based on the needs of the products and applications you support. Requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- A bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of experience in software development/ engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Ten (10) years of software development experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Java development
- Experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL development
- Experience with a JavaScript framework such as Angular
- Experience developing in the Linux operating system
- Experience with Docker for containerized application deployment and management
- Must be able to work between the core hours of 10AM-2PM. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- AWS experience
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience working with the Atlassian Tool Suite
- Experience with Python
- Experience with GitLab for version control

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000, Invitation for Job Applicants to Self-Identify as a U.S. Veteran
