Job description

The System Architect will work closely with the SMS and RFMS Project Manager and technical staff to evaluate and improve the current state of the SMS and RFMS processes. The candidate of this position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Continue Design and Development of the SMS Application project
  • Design and Development of the RFMS Application project
  • Provide guidance and architecture assistance in rewriting the RFMS processes and implementing the Federally Mandated NACS Match Process.
  • Research and provide architectural review and direction of various other Microsoft .Net 8.0 based open system applications.
  • Create cradle to grave UML diagrams for entire to-be system
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to our .Net development staff.
  • Guidance and assistance in maintaining other Client’s critical .Net applications (includes approximately 25 applications).
  • Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 84 months experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using C#, web, WCF and REST service.
  • 84 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows; using UML to model components and systems, working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve issues.
  • 84 months experience using Oralce and PL/SQL packages including SQL programing and JSON objecs and ORM tools.
  • 72 months experience as a Web GUI designer including accessibility complaince and using object-oriented methodologies such as Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux, Angular versions 4 thru 14.
  • 36 months experience development applications relating to government human service eligibility systems.
  • 48 months experience developing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages
  • 48 months experience developing SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
  • 48 months experience of application development utilizing MVC.Net
