Azure Application Lead/Architect w/ API Integration (Sr Level)

• Lead the design and architecture of Axure-based applications and interactive prototypes that serve as blueprints for enterprise software systems.
• Architect and implement API integration strategies, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange across platforms and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional application prototypes.
• Build complex Axure RP wireframes and interactive mockups, incorporating logic, variables, and dynamic panels to simulate user workflows and application logic.
• Analyze existing systems and APIs to recommend and implement improved integration and application design strategies.
• Document architectural decisions, API specifications, data flow diagrams, and integration patterns.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards during integration and architecture planning.
• Support development teams by providing technical guidance and best practices related to application architecture and API integration.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, particularly in UX prototyping, APIs, and software architecture trends.

** We need: A senior Azure Applications Solution Architect with experience working on/Integrating to the D365 Platform. **Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local. ** THE CLIENT IS AWARE THAT THIS POSITION WILL PROBBALY REQUIRE RELOCATION. CANDIDATES NEED TO RELOCATE FOR A DAY ONE START ONSITE IN EITHER LOCATION.

We are seeking a highly skilled Axure Applications Architect with extensive experience in API integrations to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in transforming complex business requirements into innovative digital solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API connectivity and application flow. This role requires both deep technical expertise and a strong design-thinking mindset., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and API integration.
• Expert-level proficiency in Axure RP, including advanced prototyping techniques.
• Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and third-party services.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
• Proficient in collaboration tools and documentation platforms such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Confluence, and Jira.
• Solid background in SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps culture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize solutions from end to end.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure,.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design with development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing tools for API performance and security.
• Previous experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or SaaS where API reliability is mission-critical.
