Job description

TLinked is seeking a Deputy Cybersecurity Program Manager to support management and execution of an anticipated Department of State ISSO support effort. The DPM will serve as the secondary contractor point of contact, support day-to-day program control, and provide management continuity for staffing, resources, deliverables, schedules, risks, and Government coordination., * Serve as the secondary point of contact for contractual, administrative, and performance matters.

  • Support overall leadership, resource planning, and coordination to ensure Call Order deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Interface with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative to resolve issues and report status.
  • Act for the Program Manager when delegated and maintain uninterrupted management coverage.
  • Coordinate staffing, onboarding, workload assignments, schedules, action items, risks, issues, and deliverable reviews.
  • Maintain program dashboards, status reports, meeting records, action-item tracking, and management documentation.
  • Coordinate with the ISSO Lead and technical personnel to ensure priorities are resourced and escalations are resolved.
  • Support quality-management, transition, continuity, and corrective-action activities.

Requirements

  • Current active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
  • At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Current PMP certification or equivalent project-management certification.
  • Experience with Federal Government cybersecurity requirements.
  • Ability to be available within 10 days of Call Order award and remain available throughout the base period.
  • Residence within reasonable commuting distance of State Annex 17, 600 19th Street NW, Washington, DC., * Experience supporting a large Federal ISSO, RMF, FISMA, A&A, or continuous-monitoring program.
  • Experience as a deputy, operations manager, project control lead, or service-delivery manager on a multi-team cybersecurity contract.
  • Knowledge of staffing, quality, risk, performance metrics, deliverable control, and Government reporting.
  • Strong written communication, stakeholder coordination, and executive-briefing support capabilities.
  • Department of State or other national-security mission experience.

Benefits & conditions

Salary Range: The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, certifications, clearance status, specialized skills, work location, internal equity, contract funding, and customer requirements.
