Workday Developer - Payroll

• Configure, develop, test, and maintain Workday Payroll functionality, integrations, reports, and business processes based on organizational requirements.
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable solutions while supporting data accuracy and payroll operations.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver Workday enhancements.
• Support ongoing system testing, updates, and production support to ensure payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with relevant payroll regulations and internal policies, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Workday Payroll certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience developing, configuring, or supporting Workday Payroll solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Payroll business processes, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
