We lead with integrity, show up with responsibility & ownership, and hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards.

- We are Collaborative: True collaboration isn’t only about working together. It’s about lifting one another up to succeed collectively. We are team-oriented and we communicate with empathy and respect. We challenge each other and conduct positive conflict resolution. We are being transparent about our goals and the results we achieve. Together, we’re unstoppable.
- We are Customer Centric: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We actively listen and prioritize the success of our customers, and every decision we make is driven by how we can better serve, support, and empower them to succeed. When our customers win, we win.

Mac-First Endpoint Management (MDM): Deep background in MDM architecture, zero-touch enrollment (ABM/ASM integration), configuration profiles (security baselines, full-disk encryption), compliance signaling for conditional access, and automated OS patch pipelines across Mac, Windows, and Linux fleets.
Core Networking & Security: Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi fundamentals, VLAN segmentation, 802.1X certificate-based wireless, SASE/FWaaS VPN routing, and ISP circuit management.
Automation & Scripting: Strong scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, and/or Node.js) with a proven portfolio of replacing manual IT processes with automated pipelines.
Security & Compliance Enforcer: Experience implementing operational security standards (least-privilege access, data handoff logs) and collecting audit evidence for compliance programs like ISO 27001 and GDPR.
