ETL Lead - IICS / Snowflake / SQL

We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Snowflake, and SQL to lead data integration and ETL initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience leading ETL development teams, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders. This role requires a candidate who can provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with data integration, transformation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ETL/data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.

• Develop and optimize complex ETL workflows, mappings, tasks, and integrations.
• Design and implement data pipelines and data transformation processes in Snowflake.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Lead ETL developers and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
• Work with business analysts, data architects, and downstream application teams to understand data requirements.
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Optimize ETL processes and Snowflake workloads for performance and scalability.
• Monitor production data pipelines, investigate failures, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Establish and enforce ETL development standards, coding practices, and documentation.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions for data integration and warehouse solutions.
• Support deployment, release management, and production implementation activities.

• 10+ years of experience in ETL/data integration and data warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, including data loading, transformation, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working with complex queries and large datasets.
• Proven experience leading ETL development teams or serving as a technical lead.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT methodologies, dimensional modeling, and data integration patterns.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing ETL workflows and SQL queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based data integration and modern data warehouse architectures.
• Experience with Snowflake performance and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD practices for ETL/data pipelines.
• Experience working in large enterprise data environments.
