Mainframe Developer with AI

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements developing and maintaining batch and online applications supporting production issues and delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment, Analyze business requirements and perform impact analysis

Design develops test and maintain Mainframe applications

Develop and enhance programs using COBOL CICS DB2 VSAM and JCL

Create and maintain batch jobs procedures and utilities

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Collaborate with business analysts QA teams and stakeholders during SDLC phases

Support application deployments and postproduction activities

Prepare technical design and support documentation

Strong hands on experience in

COBOL

JCL

DB2

VSAM

CICS

Experience in application development enhancement and production support

Strong debugging troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Knowledge of SDLC Agile methodologies and release processes.

Experience with IBM Mainframe environments zOS TSOISPF
