- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Ocean), Computer Science, Physics, or Math.\n
- 4+ years of hands-on testing, integration, validation, and verification experience with software and integrated electro-mechanical systems including developing test procedures.\n
- Experience with testing frameworks, scripting languages, and automation tools.\n
- Proficiency in test automation, data acquisition systems, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.\n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\n
- Demonstrated ability to objectively document test results in written format.\n
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.\n, * Familiarity with UUVs, deployed subsea systems, and underwater payloads.\n
- Strong software background\n
- Experience with designing, writing, executing, and evaluating system integration bench tests.\n
- Experience performing software system subcomponent testing/integration and using Matlab or Python for data analysis.\n
- Proven track record in developing automated testing frameworks and transitioning designs to production. Experience with National Instruments Labview is a plus.\n
- Experience with test data management systems and statistical analysis of test results.\n

- Test and Validate: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure system functionality, reliability, and compliance with requirements.\n
- Integrate systems and conduct hands-on testing: Develop and execute integration plans to bring complex systems together. Perform hands-on testing, validation, and verification of software and hardware systems, including integrated electro-mechanical systems.\n
- Collaborate: Work closely with systems engineers, software developers, and hardware teams to identify and resolve issues during testing phases.\n
- Automate Testing: Develop automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline validation processes.\n
- Analyze Results: Document and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for system improvements.\n
- Support Development: Ensure a âdesign for testingâ focus during system development and integration.\n
- Mentor Team: Guide and mentor a matrixed team of engineers through testing phases of the product lifecycle.\n
