Job description

The Systems Integrator/Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to Front Office Operations in support of the Customer’s operations-centric cyber mission. The SI serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office staff, responsible for managing the staff’s check-in/check-out process, space management and utilization across multiple locations, and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide direct support and assistance to the Chief and Deputy Chief, including schedule management and deconfliction.
  • Provide briefings to officers at all levels of seniority and create, edit, and coordinate briefing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track action items, ensure timely completion, and resolve problems as necessary.
  • Continually interface with executive-level management, including planning, presentation, and briefing of information.
  • Manage the Group’s space allocation and utilization across multiple locations.
  • Manage the Group’s personnel arrival and departure processes and procedures via ServiceNow and other business process workflows, as necessary.
  • Serve as Communications Officer, including collecting and coordinating highlights for submission in accordance with established guidelines and timelines; managing internal and external communications workforce; and coordinating with the Center-level Communications Team for information sharing and reporting, as necessary.
  • Provide support to the Chief of Staff, as required, for special projects and activities.

Requirements

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce, including developing artifacts tailored to meet the needs of the audience.
  • Keen attention to detail and demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage complex, diverse tasks simultaneously with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Previous Front Office or Systems Integration experience.
  • Ability to coordinate project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings and presentations.
  • Ability to assist with the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Ability to maintain correspondence and suspense files, records, reports, operating procedures, and internal memoranda, and to compose correspondence.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical data.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
