Lead Software Engineer in Portsmouth

You will be an experienced software engineer with strong technical leadership skills and a background delivering complex software solutions., * Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). \n

• Significant experience in a senior software engineering or technical leadership role. \n

• Strong understanding of software architecture and modern development practices. \n

• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. \n

• Ability to define system and software requirements. \n

• Knowledge of software quality, safety principles and secure software development. \n

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
