Oracle Cloud Functional Lead - Supplier & Customer Portal

• Lead requirements gathering, design, and solutioning for Oracle Cloud portal and order management workflows.
• Conduct interactive business discovery workshops with client leadership and technical teams.
• Define and optimize self-service portal capabilities to streamline customer order placement, order tracking, and contract access.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure seamless adoption and system alignment.

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Lead to drive customer and supplier collaboration solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, requiring strong leadership in stakeholder workshops and deep expertise in Oracle CX/Order Management Cloud.

Key Requirements & Experience

• Total Experience: 10+ years of overall IT/Functional experience.
• Oracle Cloud: 7+ years in Oracle Order Management Cloud or CX Cloud, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion.
• Portal Expertise: Prior experience implementing or managing Customer/Supplier Portals (Oracle Commerce, iStore, or custom-built portals).
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer collaboration workflows, including order placement, sales order tracking, and sales contract visibility via self-service portals.
• Product Collaboration: Experience facilitating collaborative product development processes with customers during early product stages.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; proven ability to independently lead interactive workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
