Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and military personnel to capture and translate complex technical processes into clear, concise, mission-aligned documentation - Develop and maintain user manuals, system guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support critical Army systems - Identify documentation gaps, propose solutions, and ensure all deliverables meet DoD and Army standards - Operate within a
