Senior .NET WPF Developer Telephony Applications

This role focuses on .NET development in support of a merger initiative. The position involves enhancing and integrating a desktop-based telephony application. The work entails adapting a proprietary, agent-facing application to operate within the infrastructure of the acquiring organization. This platform serves as a middle layer between call center systems and the agent interface. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a desktop-based telephony application using .NET technologies.
• Enhance application functionality, including call recording, audio and video processing, and transcription
• Work with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to build and adapt the user interface.
• Implement and support automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-driven capabilities.
