Senior Systems Engineer in Hampshire

• Lead the technical development and delivery of complex, custom-built systems and instrumentation \n

• Provide technical oversight across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery \n

• Work closely with internal teams and customers to define requirements and develop effective solutions \n

• Support bid activity, including technical proposals, planning and effort estimation \n

• Oversee system integration, verification and validation across hardware, firmware and software elements \n

• Ensure solutions meet customer specifications, compliance standards and commercial objectives \n

• Coordinate work across software, electronics, mechanical and systems engineering teams \n

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues at both subsystem and system level \n

• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including specifications, reports and test records \n

• Identify and manage technical risks, providing updates to stakeholders \n

• Represent the engineering team in customer meetings, trials and technical discussions \n

• Support ongoing operations by providing technical expertise and engineering support \n

You will be an experienced engineer with strong systems-thinking capability and the ability to operate across complex engineering programmes, ideally within offshore or subsea environments.
