Job description

As a Solution Architect you will serve as a trusted and technical consultant for customers adopting and leveraging the Pyramid platform. You will join a team responsible for supporting customers and partners in developing enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytical solutions. You will be expected to become a platform expert so you can speak intelligently on the best practices and recommendations that teach customers how to maximize their experience and capabilities. This knowledge should also be leveraged to deliver best in class solutions for use at all levels of client organizations.

You will participate in various engagements including onboarding, mentoring, solution development and customer staff augmentation.

  • Assist clients with developing cloud or on-premise solutions for BI, advanced analytics and data science
  • Identify client future needs and work in close relationship with the CSM to create expansion and up sell activities
  • Take ownership of projects and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams including client resources and colleagues
  • Instilling trust & confidence with the client, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved
  • Assist new clients in platform setup, data integration, user training, and best practice implementation, We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust. Requirements

Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills gained in industry, management consultancy, or system integrator environments.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science (or related field) and/or 5+ years of BI & Analytics experience.
  • Experience using business intelligence and analytical tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to develop informative reports and dashboards.
  • Demonstrate experience in the design and development of data based solutions for analytics with related technologies (SSAS, SAP BW/ Hana, Snowflake etc.) and relevant languages (SQL variants, MDX etc.).
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare or public sector is a plus.
