Job description
The Computational Fluid Dynamic Engineer will lead the creation and development of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) design models. The Mechanical Engineer will lead the CFD project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting CFD models according to budget constraints, design factors or client needs for the Mission Critical Industry.
The engineer will be responsible for completing each CFD analysis and report within budget and for all interfacing with the engineering teams.

Lead CFD analysis of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers.

Applies knowledge of commonly used CFD concepts, practices, and procedures within the CFD services industry.

Applies knowledge and experience to complex projects, find non-standard design solutions.

Prepare and present technical reports for clients.

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction goals and expectations are met.

Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.

Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines.

Review of Engineering team design information pertaining to CFD analysis detail modelling requirements.

Advice on modelling information exchange and need by dates.

Wind speed and weather probability analysis.

All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program and 3 years of mechanical engineering experience (consulting preferred) re
