We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Developer with Records and Document Management Tech Lead expertise to join our technology team. This role requires a hands-on full-stack C#.NET developer who can also provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive the design and delivery of document and records management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, a solid understanding of document capture technologies, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level records and document management systems.

• Serve as a hands-on full-stack developer using C#.NET, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Integrate and optimize document capture technologies such as Captiva, Intellistore, and Documentum.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and records retention policies within financial services.
• Oversee technical architecture, data flows, and system integrations for document management solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments.
• Stay current with emerging trends in records management, financial services technology, and .NET development.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Core Java development experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for document storage and processing.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and BPM solutions.
