Systems Software Programmer - Consultant

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
• Analyze existing systems, identify performance gaps, and implement modernization solutions
• Support full SDLC including design, development, integration, deployment, and maintenance
• Refactor legacy applications and migrate to modern platforms

DevOps, Testing & Deployment

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and automated testing
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot environment issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for secure and stable releases

Data & Integration Support

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, data models, and queries
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems
• Support reporting needs and integrations with tools like Power BI

Documentation & Compliance

• Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture, APIs, deployment guides)
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, NIST, etc.)
• Maintain documentation within SharePoint or similar platforms

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and design reviews
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to project planning and execution

• 3+ years of experience developing modern web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API integration
• 3+ years of experience developing backend services using ASP.NET Core
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2022+, including data modeling, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering principles, SDLC, secure coding, and system testing (unit, integration, regression)
• 3+ years of experience in technical documentation (architecture, APIs, deployment)
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA or similar)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NIST, HIPAA, CJIS security frameworks
• Experience in IT development and implementation projects
• Experience with Power BI or data pipelines for analytics/reporting
• Familiarity with Azure or cloud infrastructure technologies
• Experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms
