Job description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team supporting the Transportation Team ., Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.

  • Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.
  • Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards., This position supports an upcoming government contract proposal and is contingent upon contract award and government approval. Candidates must meet all stated requirements and may be required to sign a Letter of Commitment (LOC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • CompTIA Network+ PMP preferred

Experience

  • 8-10 years in IT operations leadership.
  • AIOps experience preferred

Benefits & conditions

  • Noise level: Low
  • Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • Amount of Travel: 30% within WMA, Target salary range: $110,000 - $160,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
