Job description

We are seeking an Epic Provisioning Analyst to support Identity and Access Management and Epic user provisioning. The role will manage Epic accounts, access, and security in accordance with established policies. The ideal candidate will have previous Epic experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot access-related issues., * Manage Epic user provisioning, de-provisioning, access, and security requests.

  • Create and maintain Epic accounts in accordance with security policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine user access and provisioning issues.
  • Work with end users and business teams to understand access requirements.
  • Ensure required Epic training and approvals are completed before granting access.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of direct Epic experience preferred.
  • Experience with Epic provisioning and security processes.
  • Working knowledge of Data Courier.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
