Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or CRM Product Leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
- Experience leading CRM transformation and migration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Patient Services, Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, Case Management, or similar pharmaceutical business processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams., Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
