Job description

Infosys is seeking a Group Practice Engagement Manager for its Cloud & Infrastructure Servies horizontal. In this role, the leader will be accountable for reviewing sales plans and pipelines, navigating key accounts to identify and shape diverse deal opportunities, building internal alignment on priorities, and actively driving pursuits for large, strategic proposals., The Infosys cloud practice is focused on helping enterprises realize strategic business outcomes from their digital transformation program. Regardless of the stage, your organization is on its cloud journey, our service portfolio is designed to assist you., * Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $100M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close

  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
  • Responsible for NA Business Development, building GTM strategies/ solutions/ offerings to drive Cloud ecosystem revenue
  • Guide various teams regarding proposal development, building the right pricing construct, advice on internal capability building and collaboration across the Account sales team
  • Advice on opportunities to shape value-adding winning solutions based on the changing market landscape and customer needs
  • Work with internal teams towards building differentiated industry cloud solutions
  • Participate in Strategy building for the practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
  • Experience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing deals
  • Fluency in architecting / converting large Cloud & Infrastructure services deals

  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Global Delivery Model experience

Benefits & conditions

Estimated annual salary range for candidates based in the US will be $186,000 to $367,000.
