Job description

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Energy Data Scientist will drive the development of methodologies and models for evaluating advanced grid services, write production-level code, and translate large datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders., Develop M&V methodologies and data science models for accurate evaluation of distributed energy resources Write production-level code and apply machine learning algorithms to energy IoT data Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance evaluation and forecasting capabilities

Requirements

Experience with Python and the scientific stack (pandas, numpy, scipy) Proficiency in SQL and understanding of good data modeling practices Familiarity with basic machine learning algorithms and software packages such as Sklearn and Tensorflow Experience in measurement and verification (M&V) of control and optimization of distributed energy resources () Strong background in mathematics and statistics ()
